The Location of the symposium will be in Venice, Italy.
The Location has been choosen beacuse it is a living Sample of the changement of the global industry: in the 70', the Port of Venice was one of the most important petrochemical sites in Europe and one of most important sites of production of Polymers and Synthetic Fibers in the World; now, in the mainland of one of the most important City of Art in the World, it is a sample of the worst industrial pollution and abandonment. A New Agreement for Convertion and Development has been signed and it is focused on a new kind of paradigm: Sustainability, Renewable Sources and Green Chemistry.
